Fresco: Cook Smart is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The terms below add to that EULA. If they conflict, the Apple EULA controls.
Fresco Plus subscription

Fresco Plus unlocks fridge matching from a photo, the 7-day plan with a shopping list, and hands-free cook mode. Prices are in your local currency and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price and length unless we tell you otherwise.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Recipes are provided for general information. Check ingredients for allergens and follow safe food-handling practices. Dietary filters are a convenience, not medical advice.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app or its content.
